Here I am, Aerospace Avantage owner. I serviced the watch in 2019 because some of the segments of display were not working. Last year (more than 2 years passed from the service so no guarantee) backlight stopped working. Replacing battery didn't help. To my surprise, I much prefer the Aerospace E75362 despite its lack of a backlight, and my desire to celebrate this model, which I believe to be the "sweet spot" in the Aerospace line, has led me to offer this review.
Digital & Analog watch - features: 1/100th Second Chronograph, Backlight (new for the Avantage), Countdown Timer, Alarm, 2nd Timezone, Digital Minute Repeater, Luminous Hands & Hour Markers. Movement is a COSC Certified Quartz Movement (unusual for quartz movements) making the watch extremely accurate. Yes, that model has a backlight that is activated with a slow crown roll. In fact, that's why the readout is weaker in daylight than the original versions as the backlight capability made it dimmer in ambient light. Hello guys, I recently bought a pre owned Breitling Aerospace Avantage. The issue is that I'm trying to use the backlight by moving the crown slowly, but unfortunately I had no luck in making it work. Any tips on how to do it?
