This originally had a spider lacquer dark grey face (face has very fine cracks that loom like a spiders ) but unfortunately moisture has got into the case and the lacquer has lifted. So with the reference number inside the caseback, you can consult the Omega Vintage Database (OVDB) to identify the model of the watch. It seems like the Deville or Constellation lines could easily incorporate a classy non-circular watch. It's a square watch, beyond that I'm not even sure it's an Omega from those photos.
