I visited a Pam AD last month and really really liked some of the pieces. However, didnt get enough time to 'demo' it on my miserable 7" flat wrist. AD is like 2.5 hours away. I've been looking seriously and really like 45mm Radiomir or Marina 44mm (both in gmt offerings).

Getting the panerai bug but want to know best option for a smaller wrist. Would like one that does not have thick case greater then 14mm and not greater then 44mm. Is the classic panerai, the pam111 and 911 a good choice? Feedback from owners is appreciated. Also, how are radiomirs? Those have peaked my interest as well. The size guide is helpful, but this photoseries also shows how important it is for a watch to have a balanzed bezel/dial width, relative to the arm. E.g. the timex - the case vs. dial is almost perfect for the wrist. Same for the Panerai.
