I finally pulled the trigger on a Panerai 1321. I have been lusting after this watch ever since it came out. If you are in a similar position as me, then pull the trigger sooner rather than later.

A subreddit for discussion of wrist watches and pocket watches The movement is a GMT where the hour hands (when the crown is released and pulled to position one) will change quickly in jumping fashion. Interestingly, the GMT hand is colored the same as the dial and is thin such that by moving the hour hand above it, you can hide the GMT hand and convert the PAM 321 to a non-GMT watch.
Careful scrutiny uncovered a few specks of dust on the hands, which were stamped from rather thin stock, which causes them to bend toward the polished eyelet at the center of the dial. There’s also an obvious break in the satin finishing above the lugs, which accept the crosspiece that holds the strap.
GMT/2nd Time-Zone indicated by an additional arrow-head central hour hand, in blackened steel with luminous filled tip. Power reserve indicator between 4 & 6 o'clock. Delivered with an additional PANERAI branded black rubber strap with the tools necessary to changes the straps.
