It's a nylon pry bar commonly used in the auto industry to pry open plastics and not mar the surface. Just wedge the tool between the bezel and the case, and whack it like you would with the casino chip. I am not familiar with the particular bezel on the OP watch, so I'm sure you are right. But on many occasions, I have used the four-blade tool to remove certain styles of rotating bezels (notably on some of my vintage Seiko and Citizen divers) and it worked perfectly.

A thought occurred to me whilst I'm waiting for a bezel removal tool to arrive. What actually 'binds' the Bezel to the crystal - is it just pressure, do both parts equally share the load, or is a clean bezel the primary source? Find the appropriate sized die, put the watch into your new wedge press, with it just tightened to the point at which it is engaging the rotating bezel, but not the watch case, put that under your watch crystal press, and then push the crystal die down.
