I would find out where your nearest Hermes store is and if they have an in house artisan, they will be able to give you instructions on getting the bag to them for service. Be very specific what you want done, they should also be able to give you an estimate for the cost. Perhaps a firm like Leather Surgeons will reline? I have bought my first B back in 2009 and would definitely need to give it a spa treatment now. I called the Hermes boutique in France today and they told me that it takes 4-6 months for a typical spa and there will be detailed price list from Paris depending on what needs to be done to the bag.
